Key tasks: The Maintenance Manager (m/f) reports to the Production Manager and will manage a team of 8 employees. His tasks include the following : · Management of the maintenance department · Establish maintenance budgets and monitor the costs and effectiveness of spare parts · Anticipate technological and engineering changes · Oversee electrical and pneumatic systems · Involved in the implementation and maintenance of machineries ensuring smooth running of operations · Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production · Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities · Ensure safe working practise and adherence of company Health & Safety regulations at all time Gewünschtes Qualifikationsprofil: Education: · Degreee in engineering , preferably in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering Professional experience: · Several years of professional experience in maintenance positions in the flexible packging industry · Experiences in the maintenance of extrusion, as well as flexo or rotogravure machines · Knowledge of production processes and packaging machines · Candidates with additional experience in Six Sigma, 5S, CI programs and Lean operations are prefered Languages: · Hungarian (fluent) · English or German (good command) Personal characteristics: · Technical understanding · Managerial Experience · Auto CAD knowledge and preventative maintenance programs within SAP, along with spare parts management. · Strong leadership, team building and communication skills Our offer: · A salary appropriate to the requirements of the position and previous knowledge and skills · Other benefits are subject to negotiation Interessieren Sie sich für diese Position?
